Call us, we spec it to the room

Guide figures only. Eastleigh is close enough that a same-night collection and a mid-week site visit are both realistic, which isn't true of everywhere we cover. Final spec is confirmed on the call.

The town we get to quickest

We cover Eastleigh town centre, Bishopstoke, Boyatt Wood, Allbrook, Fair Oak, Horton Heath, North Stoneham, West End and Hedge End.

Eastleigh is well stocked with the sort of room that needs hired sound: community centres, church halls, school halls, and the function rooms attached to football, rugby and social clubs. Most were built for gatherings rather than for music, which means a hard floor, a low ceiling and a bar along one wall. Get the system wrong in a room like that and the speeches disappear into the noise of eighty people talking.

The thing that actually makes Eastleigh different, though, is distance. Being fifteen minutes away changes what we can offer. We can come and look at the room in advance without charging for the trip. We can take a late booking when another supplier has let you down. We can collect the same night rather than leaving several thousand pounds of equipment in a hall overnight. And if the layout changes on the day, a second run back to base is an inconvenience rather than a disaster.

The Eastleigh questions

Can you take a last-minute booking in Eastleigh?

Often, yes. Eastleigh is fifteen minutes from where the gear is stored, so a Friday call about a Saturday event is worth making. We can't promise it, especially in peak season, but the short run means we can say yes to things that would be impossible further out.

Our club function room already has speakers. Do we still need you?

Sometimes not, and we'll tell you if that's the case. Plenty of Eastleigh club and community rooms have a built-in system that's fine for background music and a raffle. What they usually can't do is a live band, a full dance floor, or speeches that carry over a busy bar. Tell us what's already on the wall and what you actually need, and we'll fill in the gap rather than sell you a second system.

Can you collect the same night rather than the next morning?

Yes. Because the run back is short, a same-night collection is straightforward in Eastleigh, which matters if your venue won't let you leave equipment overnight or wants the room cleared before they lock up.

Tell us the venue, the date and roughly how many people. If it's short notice, call rather than email and we'll check the diary while you're on the phone.
